Gynoid : Audio is the latest project from Elektrax Recordings, set up in 2010 as a sister label to Android Muziq to cater for the more superb upfront, cutting-edge techno sounds.
The game plan is simple and sweet, involving artists and remixers like Virgil Enzinger, Bas Mooy, DJ Hi-Shock, Go Hiyama, James Ruskin, Justin Berkovi, Little Nobody, Bitch Shift, V1NZ, Octave, DJ Warp, S-Tek and Mirko S, Kyoudai Itsumo, and others soon to be announced.
The styles are essential: Think dark, phat, dubby, industrial, experimental and deep techno - and other persuasions yet to be created.:
