The Sect Music moves onwards and upwards with a 3 track EP featuring label cohorts Current Value and Dean Rodell. The A-side sees CV demonstrate his rolling side, with an absolute stormer that has smashed clubs and raves worldwide - and not a pot nor pan in sight. Euphoric synth work precedes militant beats and a bassline that has been the cause of plenty of rewinds, not to mention outright dancefloor devastation. The flips sees The Sect come through with a rugged beats, bass and bleeps edit fest - rolling and relentless tech-funk in trademarked The Sect style. Finally Dean Rodell completes the vinyl package with a monster of a tune - eerie and menacing from the off, this dark masterpiece twists, turns and evolves throughout. The release also features an extra track on the digital version, Mr Rodell again supplying a bass-driven banger for the dancefloor, which features one of the sickest midway switches in years. Deadly. Support received from DJs across the D&B spectrum - all of these are certified tried, tested and approved for damaging dancefloors.
