This next release from Polish label - Hedonic is a real brainstormer. It is a various artist 4 tracker of seriously good harder dancefloor techno. All of the tracks have a slight Umek/Valentino/Consumer Recreation type feel with their metallic riffs and heavy percussive grooves. The A1 perfectly demonstartes this with its heavy feel, driving bassline and killer break. The A2 then takes this further with its metallic synth bassline. The B1 incorporates touches of synth melody whilst the B2 closes the record nicely with its punishing metallic groove.
