Back in September 2004 a famous techno artist released a superb 2 tracker under his newly formed Birdland moniker. It was a masterful fusion of old school samples and up to date drums which gained semi cult status. This return with the 2nd release follows superbly again using the same principles. The A side is a brilliant relentless groove that builds brilliantly with its old school drum break and nagging groove and riff punctuated with superb vocal samples. The flip is a more laidback affair with its old school piano break and house drum programming. What an excellent record!!
