Aaron Jays Influence Records kicks off 2009 with the mighty talents of one New Yorks fiinest producers, Kjell. First making waves in 2008 with a stunning 12 on Fabios Creative Source Kjell returns with two slices of deep jazz fuelled cuts. Wind Tunnel takes things slightly harder and darker with a Reece bass line, jazz stabs and atmospheric percussions all mixed with an eastern vibe.. Calmante showcases a more melodic and rolling side to Kjell productions. Warm pads mixed with sax samples provide a laid back vibe but the rolling liquid drums keep things moving forward with pace. A full sax solo in the breakdown switches things up for the second half.
