As the year draws to a close, murmur deliver a second release from Nick Curly, an artist that has shared as much success of late as the new label. The Critical Mass EP is typical of Curlys sound, with two original tracks that are charged and engaging. This is an EP that gives thought to Nicks musical growth and finds him holding the reigns as one of the best new producers to emerge this year. The B side, Kalimba, is remixed by Geddes, another producer whose talents are being noted.
