Tripmastaz presents Tripmastaz 05, the 5th release of a series off his eponymous vinyl only imprint and "made by the ones who believe and put soul, thoughts, ideas and life to their music, art and craft. This music is for the ones who care." Previous releases of the series have already received support by artists like Ricardo Villalobos, Cabanne and Apollonia. Tripmastaz 05 starts with Gruv101, a dynamic tech-house track filled with various powerful percussions and a discrete early 2000 synth-vibe. It is followed by Nauchniy Stil', a groovy track enriched by mysterious and subtle synth, percussion and even jungle sounds. It is the result of the collaboration between Tripmastaz, Mr. Pepper and BMB Spacekid, a Russian hip-hop producer who worked with DJ Premier and Anderson Paak amongst many other American MCs and producers, and whose beat is featured on Dr. Dre's Compton album. The release ends with Tripmastaz's Real Friends, a smooth hip-hop track with a guitar and piano groove that won't leave the listener indifferent.
